Welcome to Serenity Ridge, a brand-new modern Craftsman mountain home just minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, Lake Blue Ridge, the Toccoa River, and scenic hiking trails. Perched with long-range mountain views, this thoughtfully designed retreat blends luxury, comfort, and entertainment. Inside, you’ll find two spacious living rooms, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances and a coffee station, three beautifully styled bedrooms with generous bathrooms, five Smart TVs and an Alexa music system.
The home also features two expansive decks—one with a fireplace, patio seating, and rocking chairs; the other with a hot tub, outdoor dining area, and life-size outdoor games, including Jenga, Connect 4, and cornhole.

Welcome to Serenity Ridge, a modern, luxury retreat in the heart of Blue Ridge, Georgia. To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and respectful stay for all guests and to preserve the condition of our luxury property, we kindly ask you to adhere to Serenity Ridge house rules. By booking, you agree to comply with these rules, and violations may result in additional fees, removal from the property without refund, or liability for damages. We are not being the STR Police; we are just trying to maintain the enjoyment for future guests and the value of our home and its amenities. We realize accidents can happen, but please notify your Host immediately and document any damage as soon as it happens. This helps us rectify the problem quickly and safely. Thank you for treating our home with the care it deserves.
Supplies
Basic supplies will be in kitchen cabinets while larger supplies will be in the downstair utility closet.
Water
Water dispenser from the fridge is filtered water.
Climate Control
To avoid circuit disruption, please do not run heat mode on one level and AC mode on another or vice versa.
Garbage
The trash bin is located on the side of the house. Please ensure that it is completely closed and latch is secured to avoid attracting wild animals to the house. Dispose trash into the trash bin using a sealed garbage bags to avoid fines from loose trash. There is no recycle bin.

Put all used towels in the bathroom showers.
Strip all bed sheets that were used, leave them at the end of the beds on the floor (leave comforters and mattress pads on beds).

There is no waste disposal in the kitchen sink; However, there is a strainer. Put all used dishes in dishwasher and start

Anything left in the fridge, cupboard or counter will be disposed for sanitary reasons.

Brand new Samsung extra capacity washer and dryer located in the master bedroom closet. Be sure clean lent from dryer filter after each load to ensure efficient drying times.
Dual Keurig. Courtesy Keurig k-pods are provided.
Lighter fluid and gasoline are huge safety hazards in the fireplace. Kindle wood can be purchased at most firewood vendors. Fireplace accessories are provided for your use and are located at the mantle. Fire extinguisher is located at the side of the fireplace.
Serenity Ridge offers four 55-inches and one 75-inch 4K Samsung smart televisions. Two Samsung home theater sound bar and base are included for the televisions in the two common areas.
Please be courteous as grills are very difficult to clean between visitor stays. Use aluminum foil. Please avoid excess cheeses or heavy barbeque sauce.
Our state-of-the-art hot tub is a premium amenity designed for relaxation. To maintain its condition and ensure hygiene, please follow these rules:
Shower Before Use: All guests must shower to remove oils, lotions, and sunscreen before entering the hot tub to prevent water contamination.
No Food, Drinks, or Glass: Food, beverages, or glass containers are prohibited in or around the hot tub to avoid damage and contamination. Plastic, spill-proof cups are permitted but must remain outside the hot tub area.
No Children Under 12 Without Supervision: Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the hot tub to ensure safety.
Maximum Capacity: 4 people at a time to prevent strain on the system.
No Foreign Objects: Do not add soaps, bubble bath, or any substances to the hot tub, as this can damage the filtration system and incur up to a $1,000 cleaning/repair fee.
Cover the Hot Tub: Replace the cover securely after each use to maintain water temperature and cleanliness.
Hours of Use: Hot tub use is permitted from 8:00 AM to 12:00AM to respect quiet hours and neighbors.
Health Precautions: Guests with open wounds, infections, or medical conditions that may affect water hygiene should not use the hot tub. Consult a doctor if unsure.
Misuse of the hot tub resulting in damage or excessive cleaning (draining/refilling due to contamination) will incur a minimum $500 fee.
Report Issues Immediately: Report any hot tub malfunctions, spills, or damage to the host within 24 hours via Airbnb/Vrbo messaging. Prompt reporting helps avoid costly repairs and ensures the hot tub remains operational for all guests.
